determined annually by the Grants Committee of the Foundation for charitable projects within the boundaries of the South Okanagan and Similkameen area. Notwithstanding Paragraph 1., the Donors request that the funds be used to support various soup kitchens, food banks, shelters for abused women and disadvantaged children, shelters for the homeless, and organizations that care for the poor, homeless, destitute, etc.
