Neil is a Penticton lawyer who brings a strong combination of professional expertise and community leadership to the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen. After earning a Diploma of Technology from BCIT, a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Victoria, and a Juris Doctor from UVic, Neil built a diverse career that reflects both analytical thinking and a commitment to serving others.
A longtime community volunteer, Neil has served in leadership roles with the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Penticton, NOW Canada Society, Okanagan Masters Swim Club, and l’Association des Parents de l’École Entre-Lacs. He believes strong communities are built through collaboration, leadership, and giving back.
Neil joined the CFSOS Board because he values the Foundation’s role in helping local people and organizations create lasting positive change throughout the South Okanagan Similkameen. He is proud to contribute his experience and perspective to an organization that invests in the well-being and future of the communities it serves.
