Scholarship fund that requires our Grants Committee to receive and review applications, interview candidates, and make selections. Dr. Scarfo has committed to building the fund to $1,000,000 with $50,000 contributions each year and the balance from his trust fund when he dies.
Established in 1991 the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen has been giving choices and funding change to make our local communities better places to live.
