1.The recipients referred to in Clause 7 shall be determined annually by the Grants Committee of the Foundation based on the following criteria, in order of importance: a.Demonstrated financial need; b.The character of the individual, as determined by the Grants Committee; c.Previous academic record with a minimum of a high school diploma; 2.Applications will be accepted for students that meet the following requirements: a.Must have a permanent mental health impairment recognized by the appropriate ministry of the Province of British Columbia; b.Must be current residents of the RDOS or have graduated from a high school within the RDOS within the previous five years;
