1.The award will be available to any student who: a.Is graduating from high school in the current year from a school within the boundaries of the Regional District of Okanagan Similkameen (RDOS). b.Is a member in good standing with a swim club within the RDOS. c.Is pursuing some form of post secondary education. 2.Applications will be ranked, based on the following, listed in order of importance: a.Swimming tenure (the number of years that a student has committed to their swimming career) b.Community work c.Financial need

Established in 1991 the Community Foundation of the South Okanagan Similkameen has been giving choices and funding change to make our local communities better places to live.
