On an annual basis and at least 60 days in advance of the CFSOS requiring direction of the donor, the Executive Director of CFSOS will initiate dialogue with the CEO of Summerland Credit Union on potential recipients and total funds available for distribution. The CEO of the credit union will provide a SCU Board resolution to the CFSOS identifying the projects to be funded prior to the CFSOS funding deadline.
