For the fourth year in a row, neighbours at Alysen Place gathered for their annual Summer Social. With 64 suites and a mix of ages, the condo community has embraced these events as a way to connect, welcome new residents, and strengthen friendships.

On July 19, the backyard was set with gardens, tents, games, and even a Township 7 wine tasting. Bocce, bag toss, and horseshoes sparked friendly competition, while food and laughter carried the afternoon well past its official end time.

What’s grown out of these socials is more than just a great party – it’s a stronger, safer, and friendlier building. From lobby chats to weekly games in the amenities room, new connections continue to blossom.
