Distributions made to South OK Medical Foundation only for the benefit of the Penticton Regional Hospital. These proceeds will only be used for much needed equipment for our Penticton Regional Hospital; (i) if any income of the “House Endowment Fund” is not used in a particular year, the South Okanagan Similkameen Medical Foundation may either add the unused income to the capital of the “House Endowment Fund” or invest the unused income with the intent that it and any income resulting from it retain the status of income;
